Information we collect

When you use kinOS, Protellus LLC receives the account and Workspace details you provide, the financial records and documents you add, and information needed to operate and protect the service. If you choose to connect a financial account, we receive the account and transaction information you authorize through Plaid. If you use Ask, we process the messages you send and information needed to respond.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your Workspace, maintain your records, update connected accounts, respond to your requests, communicate about your account, and keep kinOS secure. We do not sell your personal or financial information or use it for targeted advertising.

When information is shared

Authorized Workspace members may have access to information in it. We also use providers that help us run kinOS, including hosting, storage, email, bank connections, and AI services when you use those features. They receive information needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law.

If you connect an account through Plaid, Plaid processes information under its End User Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can update your account details in My Profile and disconnect a financial account from your Workspace. You can ask us about access to or deletion of your information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or backup purposes. Disconnecting an account stops future updates; records already in your Workspace may remain until they are deleted.
